PRG’s Summer Advanced Courses Program will take place August 5-7, 2013 at the Hilton Crystal City, in Arlington, Virginia.
This Program will feature three, 1 and 2-day courses. On August 5, 2013, we will present the “America Invents Act: Monumental Changes,
the Consequences and the Unanswered Questions” course, fully updated for the changes that went into effect on March 16, 2013.
We are also excited to present a new 1-day course on August 6, 2013
"Strategic Patent Portfolio Management in the Era of Legal Chaos, First-to-File
and Budget Demands." This course provides a detailed overview of effective corporate portfolio development
and management systems, from invention to capture to foreign filing and maintenance fee discussions. We are also offering another
new course on August 6-7, 2013 “Prevailing at the ITC: Managing a Successful Section 337
Investigation.” This course provides a comprehensive overview of ITC practice and procedure, highlighting the differences
between district court and ITC patent litigation and will equip practitioners with the necessary insight into ITC practice to effectively navigate this complex and fast-paced forum.

The Fall Advanced Courses Program will take place October 16-22, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach, in Huntington
Beach, California, a luxurious, oceanfront property located off California’s famed Pacific Coast Highway. This Program will
feature 12 courses (ten, 2.5-day courses; and two, 1-day courses). Register
NOW through August 26, 2013 to take advantage of
our lowest Program prices; early registration ends on
August 26th and after that date, tuition for all 2.5-day courses increases by $100,
through the final registration deadline of September 25, 2013.
